Welcome to In-Depth Productions. By accessing this gallery website, booking services, downloading images, or interacting with any content provided through this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Copyright & Ownership

All photographs, videos, graphics, and media displayed on this website are the exclusive property of In-Depth Productions unless otherwise stated and are protected by United States copyright laws.

Images may not be:

  • copied

  • screenshot

  • altered

  • edited

  • sold

  • reproduced

  • used commercially
    without written permission from In-Depth Productions.

Purchasing or downloading images does not transfer copyright ownership.

2. Image Downloads & Usage

Clients may download images made available through their gallery for personal use only unless a separate commercial or exclusive licensing agreement has been executed in writing.

Commercial use, publication, advertising, resale, or redistribution of any content is prohibited without written authorization.

3. Watermarks

Some preview images may contain watermarks. Removal or alteration of watermarks without authorization is prohibited.

Clean (non-watermarked) image upgrades and licensing options may be available for purchase.

4. Booking & Retainers

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure photography sessions and event bookings. Dates and times are not officially reserved until the retainer has been received.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the invoice terms provided.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Money Order

  • CashApp

  • Chime

  • Square Invoice

5. Creative Rights

In-Depth Productions retains the right to use photographs and video content for:

  • portfolio display

  • social media

  • website galleries

  • promotional materials

  • advertising

  • competitions
    unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session.

Clients may request privacy accommodations in advance.

6. Gallery Availability

Online galleries are provided as a convenience and may not remain active indefinitely. Clients are encouraged to download and back up purchased or delivered files promptly.

In-Depth Productions is not responsible for maintaining permanent online storage of client galleries.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality photography services and secure digital delivery, In-Depth Productions is not liable for:

  • temporary website outages

  • third-party hosting failures

  • accidental data loss beyond reasonable control

  • unauthorized third-party downloads or sharing

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • attempt unauthorized access to the website

  • interfere with website functionality

  • distribute malicious software

  • misuse gallery systems or downloads

Violation may result in access termination and possible legal action.

9. Changes to These Terms

In-Depth Productions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
